Minuscule, dainty charms have been all the rage lately, as they should be; they go with everything, and add a bit of style to even the dullest outfits. It’s a nice break from statement necklaces (which I love as well), because smaller necklaces are easier on the neck (ha!) and you don’t have to worry about taking them off. For example, I have a little necklace that I wear all the time: a tiny little 24kt gold lion pendant that my great grandmother gave me since we’re both Leos. I’ve put together a collection of little necklaces that I hope will appeal to every taste. Let me know if I missed anything!

Having something living in your house is great. Hopefully you do, since you live there (get it since you’re alive? ha.). But honestly, having a plant in your house/room/studio/whatever is great. It brings in a kind of freshness that isn’t achievable through any other method, and it’s really easy to keep a plant alive if you pick the right one. Here are some tips on how to keep house plants/succulents alive, how to choose resilient ones, and how to make them look perfect.

Spring is almost here (FINALLY), and to me, this signifies the beginning of a season in which it is okay to wear floppy hats. I love floppy hats for two reasons: they protect my ridiculously fair skin, and I get to look like a diva while staying in the shade. With floppy hats, you can’t lose. Here are my favorites.
Hey guys! Today I’m going to share some of my favorite lighting fixtures with you, because I love, love, love light. My dream home is white and gold with lots of plants, but above all, I want there to be light. Tons and tons of light streaming in through all the windows and warm light radiating from whatever ceiling fixture I decide to hang (currently, I’m liking a row of simple gold-dipped lightbulbs). Because of this, looking for lighting really interests me, and I’ve decided to share my top picks as of right now for bringing light to any room.
I’m obsessed with quotes. Ask anyone who knows me- I quote everyone, all the time. I’m also obsessed with typography. I love fonts more than I love my family*. So, I present to you a clash of two incredible things, and am beyond excited to show you the following beautiful quotes.
p.s.: I want anyone reading this to know that I really, really wanted to find 5 quotes for this post. I found upwards of 30 that just make me giddy with excitement, so I think this will become a regular type of post. Let me know what you think in the comment box!
